- Job Description - Preparing yearly sales operative plan

- Achieve the revenue/sales target of the organization and responsible for the PNL

- Working closely with the Business Head and CEO for long term strategic plan

- Preparing an annual sales budget with CEO

- Target management and achieving results through the team

- Implementing the product strategy as per the guidelines of the long term strategic plan of the company

The Successful Applicant :

- Candidate should have previous working experience in managing the large geographically spread sales team

- Should be adept at all kinds of sales (channel sales, institutional sales, B2B sales, B2C sales)

- Education background: B.sc + MBA - 7 to 10 years experience in the hardcore sales or Healthcare industry

- Should have strong entrepreneurial skills
