Digital Marketing Manager | Performance Marketing

Job profile:

- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis for all our brands.

- Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.

- Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc.

- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.

- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as a partner.

- Conducting forecasting and estimations on the profitability of those campaigns.

- Optimizing targeting and segmentation, as well as the allocation of budgets across multiple paid social channels to generate cost-effective user actions.

- Display passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.

- Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.

- It should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.

- Work with our Performance agencies to institute the best execution processes.

Qualification & Skill Sets :

- MBA with 4-6 years of relevant professional experience with digital media.

- Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.

- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc.

- Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates and Display campaigns focusing on leads & optimizing the lead funnels.
