Job Title: Immigration Counsellor - Sales

Company: Triniti Immigration

Responsibilities :

- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program

- Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing

- Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone

- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors

- Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends in Immigration options and programs for Canada and Quebec

- Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner

Skills Required : 

- Good communication skills, with an enthusiasm for learning

- Knowledge of the Canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage

- Should be able to work on Excel and create reports

- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

- Any Graduation or Post Graduation

- Should be a good team player

- Can work efficiently with minimum supervision
