3. Responsible for Customer Services

6. Annual Renewals of Licenses / Agreements for application use

7. Building collaborative relationships with Business & Tech teams to understand Client Deliverable

8. Mitigate risks & Resolve customer issues that arise during the process

9. Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations

10. Plan on Team augmentations based on business projections

11. Responsible for Business Growth & Expansion of - Services & Solutions- to existing users respectively

12. Onsite Customer Meetings with Users & Senior Client Managers

13. Monitoring & Publishing weekly dashboards on service deliverable

14. Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

15. Plan suitable campaigns to infuse revenue growth from services

16. Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers

17. Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

18. Create & present structured & concise reports to senior management and key stakeholders
