Scope of Work:

Lead generation:

1. Managing third party agencies for search engine optimisation, online lead generation strategy, ranking factors; overall managing an online sales strategy.

2. Plan, manage, track, analyze and report results of all online acquisition campaigns with management and the agency.

3. Collaborate (undertake various business development activities) with service providers to achieve offline sales.

4. Identify promotional activities to ensure continuous leads / walk-ins.

5. Establishing relationships with business influencers in the local area, including doing some client acquisition activities within overall annual budget limits.

6. Establishing relationships with Corporates, Colleges and all other possible users for the co-working facility.

7. Network with International business forums for promoting the co-working facilty.

Customer Engagement:

1. Should visit potential Customer to understand the requirements and see the possibility of integrating their requirement to the existing facility or customise as per their requirement.

2. Should be able to prepare independently the offer/proposal for the Customer and should be able to clarify all customer queries in a timely manner.

3. Organising Customer acquisition events.

4. Ensure that existing customer queries and complaints are resolved by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner. Act as the escalation point for their unresolved queries and complaints.

Skill Set:

1. Good communication skills and networking ability.

2. Graduate / Post Graduate from a premier institute with 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry.

3. Good planning, numerical and writing skills.

4. Strong attention to details.

5. Work resourcefully with a budget and drive financial results.
