Tricog Health Services - Regional Marketing Manager (2-7 yrs)

Role and responsibilities :

1. Creating promotional events with the help of channel partners, FSE, RM, ZM etc.

2. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns for the respective Zone

3. Test new marketing opportunities and build relationships with pharma/ doctors, event companies etc.

4. Establishing relationships with new segments like BAMS/ BHMS-pharma companies and conducting JV events

5. Explore direct social media strategies, like Radio/ TV etc.

6. Creating event calendars for at least 40+ events in a year (avg 3 per month)

7. Train & create the CP team as a strong sales force (the future-ready)

8. Identifying innovative and cost-effective ways to do and promote offline marketing

Expectations :

1. He is the one-point contact who will bring in all possible marketing opportunities in the designated area and create a future funnel of events

2. He will bring in targeted aims at achieving the AOP (offline productivity)

3. He will analyze and be completely responsible for arranging a meaningful event (validating the outcome of the event and attending only the meaningful ones)

4. Bring in the market report - How potential is the market for me (Tier 3 cities) so that we can do a targeted digital campaign, he will meet the KOLs of different companies(industry) to understand the market dynamics

5. He will analyze the efficiency of salespeople and report to us and try to improve them

- Validation of existing CP, creating new CP (Tricog expectations) where there are gaps in the market, and nurturing them

Key Deliverables :

1. Define and implement a region-specific marketing plan

2. Define marketing goals and KPIs

3. Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones

4. Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables

5. Plan and host offline events

6. Be a brand advocate

7. Support overall marketing team goals and programs

8. Assist regional sales managers when needed

9. Work closely with the sales team and Channel partners
