We are hiring for Sales Executive position with experience in selling solutions and/or consulting services to the CXO's and the boards across industries.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our total service portfolio and will have strong expertise in new business sales, account management and account planning. Responsibility:

- Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.

- Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Trasers products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business

- Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline

- Maintain forecast accuracy

- Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the CXO's business issues

- Flawless execution on Trasers sales processes and methodologies

- Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge

- Take ownership of your own professional development

- Minimum 10+ years of proven consultative sales experience in the Technology/Digital Transformation space

- Consistently over achieved sales targets

- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management

- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations

- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations

- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
