Trell - Community Manager - Hindi Language Content (2-6 yrs)
Content Ops :
- Striking deals with content creators who serve the interests of the community, to enhance organic content supply across categories
- Setting language level content moderation teams
- Engaging major content creators across categories
- Tracking Performance of the content created and defining appropriate Call-to-Actions
Community :
- Set up a process for inbound community queries
- Dig out intelligence around existing product experience, from the community via reaching out to them in any means possible
Preferred skill set :
- Good network in Hindi Internet Video Content Creator space
- Prior social media management experience
- Prior experience in Video Content creation in Hindi
- Customer service obsession
- Basic number crunching on excel or other data visualisation tools
Necessary skill set : Proficient at reading and speaking and writing Hindi
