Job Overview:


We are looking to on-board an exceptional Marketing Leader in our team. The incumbent in this role is responsible for developing and implementing Sales and marketing plans to address business requirements, leading and generating consumer insights, Negotiating and closing deals with vendors, developing and implementing GTM strategy.

This is a WFH IC role based out of Mumbai.

QUALIFICATION: MBA in Marketing (Premium Institute preferred)

Experience :

- Should have exposure to NPD, activations, media planning, digital Campaigns

- Should have experience in consumer Communications, Event Management.

- Should have experience in travel industry.

Plus :

- If you have experience of driving online/offline marketing for a new Brand.

- If you have worked in a challenging, ever-fluid environment of a startup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and Implementing Marketing plan for the company.

- Conceptualize & implement 360- marketing programs.

- Formulating marketing strategy to introduce Travel Solutions in the market.

- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Own the entire sales cycle.

- Conceptualizing & implementing monthly sales plans and leading marketing activities for the realization of sales volumes and brand building.

- Regulating sales, sales & promotion plans to generate lead & closure and expanding the client's base.

- Perform ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs.

- Vendor management: Identifying key vendors, negotiating, closing agreement.

- Event Management.
