- Lead and Manage Logistics Solutions for the organization

- Own overall P&L responsibility of the operations

- Develop a long-term strategic plan- Customer Acquisition strategy, Marketing and Branding strategy, Platform strategy, Operating Model and Supply Chain Management

- Business Development - Develop new business models, partnerships, other commercial agreements with Corporate customers to expand the footprint and grow business qualitatively and quantitatively across India

- Develop new operating models, partnerships and drive efficient operations

- Engage with vendors, suppliers, drivers, and various other stakeholders to design, develop innovative engagement models

- Sustain and improve customer satisfaction of riders, as well as Corporate Clients

- Set up a very responsive customer relations process with a long-term view of developing a friction-free commuter experience through product/service enhancements

- Drive internal processes/operations focused on customer empathy and delivering superior customer experience

- Propel tactical and strategic campaigns for customer acquisition and retention

- Drive innovation in the organization to constantly deliver and improve KPIs

- Responsible for new sub-products and new sales channels for expanding the business

- Team management and people development

- Guide, inspire, and develop the capability of resources in the team to help with the expanding business with great service quality

- Set up a nimble template, and organization structure for expansion of operations

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders, locally and globally, to drive platform strategy, customer experience, business outcome

- Steer pilots, studies, and experimentation as appropriate to deliver required business outcome including continuous innovation

Minimum Qualification :

- MBA graduate with at least 3+ years of experience, of which at least 2 years in New Age Logistics or Mobility technology organizations with a solid understanding of the logistics sector
