Qualification : Any graduation / Ticketing courses/ IATA Qualified preferable
Gender : Males only (Willing to work in shifts)
Skills Required : Work experience in - GDS knowledge ( Galileo / Amadeus) is mandatory
Job Responsibilities :
- Making International & domestic Reservations of Air Tickets using Amadeus.
- Should be able to issue/reissue / refund of Domestic and International tickets.
- Preparing monthly roster and team management
- Facilitating the passenger(s) travel requirement.
- Should be willing to work in shifts. Should be willing to work in fast phased atmosphere.
- Candidate Should have Excellent English communication both oral & written.
- Product Knowledge : Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus,Galileo) IATA Geography with Major Cities, Airports and Airlines Codes Knowledge of Global indicators, Different type of Fares & Fare Rules. Knowledge in Travel Jargons, World Time Zones, World Map
- Must have good hands on experience of handling ticket booking, reservation, cancellation, Visa Processing etc. for domestic as well as international locations.
- Should have hands on experience and sound knowledge of working on Amadeus and Galileo system
- Must have experience of managing refunds, invoices, online customer communication etc
