- Should be from International travel background
- Must have exp with US/UK customer
- Preferable Amadeus
- Excellent Comskills
- Should have exp in google calls/Online booking
- Guiding Customers on Travel Destinations, Budgets, Package Details etc.
- Should know how to do New booking, changes, cancellations.
- Should be comfortable with 24/7 shift
