Digital Marketing Role

Job Summary :

TravelOunce, a leading travel company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This is a night shift position based at our office in Mohan Estate, South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization to improve performance metrics including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance regularly to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

- Proven experience (1+ years) in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.

- Proficiency in keyword research tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to work night shifts at our Mohan Estate office in South Delhi.
