Travel Unravel Holidays - Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- To sell flight tickets for US/UK passengers
- Working on GDS(Amadeus) to check the fares
- Making new customers and provide best customer service to the existing customers.
- Generating PNR and dealing with the airlines to issue new tickets.
- Campaign calling to promote the brand.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience in travel industry.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of geography, especially for the US.
- GDS background is a must (Amadeus/Sabre).
- Campaign calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Should be okay for rotational shifts.
- Candidates with travel sales/ upselling background especially from US market need to apply only
- Should be able to handle pressure with good sales aptitude.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Should have excellent spoken English, communications and convincing skills.
