Job Summary
We have requirement for Travel Consultant for one of the reputed company.
Salary - up to 4 LPA
Experience - 0-5 Years
Key responsibilities
- Help travelers book vacation homes and close deals over phone and email.
- Drive booking and revenue numbers higher by creating innovative travel solutions that address client needs
- Handle escalations in a calm manner
- Go the extra mile to meet or exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Answer questions about the service or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Provide problem resolutions to customer queries over the phone, email, and chat platforms
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills such as persuasion, escalation handling, solution providing, sales, writing, closing.
