Purpose Of The Position :
The primary responsibility is to :
1. Be the voice of the brand. Write content for all online and offline brand communications (social media posts, digital banners/web pages/store pages, website, etc)
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Smart, quick-witted grasp of the English language who knows how to write like a human. Think conversational yet interesting.
2. Write long copy (brand guidelines, store pages, websites, etc), as well as smart 2-3 words copy (digital banners, headlines, etc).
3. Capable of wearing a scriptwriter's hat as well for short product films/videos
4. Write fast and juggle multiple projects.
5. Need to be able to proofread every communication that goes out of the brand (social posts, digital banners or even videos/TVC)
6. Proactive in researching audiences and products.
Skills/ Experience Required :
1. Penchant for writing, conceptualizing impactful plots/stories/scripts
2. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and other new, upcoming channels.
Required Behaviors/ Competencies :
1. Self-starter with a strong bias for action (online/social media works at a blistering pace)
2. Maverick thinker
3. Must be young, energetic, and be able to interact well with people and be a team player. Presentation skills would be an added advantage
