Transorg Analytics - Manager - Business Development (5-7 yrs)

1. 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or B2B analytics services sales or consultative solutions selling in banking, financial services, insurance, and FinTech in India is a must

2. Customer First- approach and an ability to make a positive impact on every interaction, able to understand prospective customer needs and find a solution

3. Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to influence; use data, insights from your own research, client interaction and logic to convince others, articulate with conviction

4. BTech/BBA/BCOM/BSc with an MBA with a specialization in marketing and/or strategy preferred

5. Possess business maturity and top-level fundamental understanding of :

a) Advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence industry

b) Indian banking, financial services, insurance and FinTech industries

c) A high-level knowledge on top functions like customer, marketing, risk, frauds, underwriting, claims etc.

d) Top analytics use cases for each of the above-mentioned business functions

Even if deep technical knowledge may be missing you must have a high-level of curiosity and a willingness to constantly learn and upskill yourself on business domain knowledge

6. Confident and extroverted with excellent people interaction, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills

7. Rich experience of interacting with CXOs, HODs, and senior leaders and C-level executives is required

8. Must come on-board with a 30-60-90 days- sales plan to create a strong BFSI sales pipeline

9. Demonstrated skills in relationship management and in clients- expectations management at the top decision-making layer at India BFSI companies such as with CXOs, HODs, SVPs, VPs, Directors

10. Excellent oral and written communication skills: client presentations, sales pitches, sales follow-up, objections handling, persuasion, negotiation, deal closure and influencing skills

11. Self-motivated and a go-getter with independent thinking skills

12. Multi-tasker and able to prioritize and manage own roles and responsibilities

13. Good sense of humour and able to work in an unstructured and fast paced environment
