What your typical workday will look like :

- Identify target audience and grow our email list.

- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.

- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.

- Ensure diligent email follow ups, and schedule call or meeting or demos with the prospective leads.

- Create email databases for lead generation & maintain those on CRM.

- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

What you need to excel at :

- Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as an email marketing executive in B2B selling.

- Awareness of predictive analytics and Big Data.

- Proficiency in top marketing automations tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM.

- Familiarity with analytical and database tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Pardot, Buffer.

- Willing to participate in other digital marketing activities like social media marketing.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

- An ability to work under tight deadlines.
