We are looking for a Tele Sales training specialist to coordinate and support our sales team. His/Her duties include plan all training programs and identifying training needs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring new employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully. Ultimately, He/She should be able to ensure our sales team is fully educated, to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: Between- up to 40k
Experience Required: 2-3 Years in Trainer profile(Should have trained telesales team)
Language - English+ Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi(Multilingual preferred)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
