Job Description:

- Assist Solutions Consultant, Leads and Sales Engineers by performing the desired operations and indirectly responsible for the revenue generation with them.

- Update and maintain customer or prospect records in the company database as required.

- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.

- Coordinate and work with the relevant teams like technical, procurement and finance teams respectively to advance and help in closing the deals.

- Ensure effective use of all marketing material in email templates to achieve results.

- Understand the business priorities and create an official quotation according to the clients requirement using an internal tool.

- Responsible for differentiating between the genuine and waste leads and then following the defined processes.

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to client's maximum satisfaction.

- Prepare reports, maintain calendars and update follow ups of the day.

- Understand the competitors- product and their USP to strategically place the company's product in the mind of the customer.

- Contribute to the development of a sales strategy that drives and attains organizational goals by integrating the best practices.

- Articulate the business value of the various solutions in this business segment to ensure a firm understanding of our value proposition.

- Contribute to the company's market intelligence knowledge by providing information on competition and consumer market trends.
