We are hiring for a company which is one of the emerging franchise company providing unique business opportunities from small to medium entrepreneurs.

The Job : 

Key responsibilities areas :

- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.

- Schedule regular meetings with clients to make sure they're satisfied

- Study competition to seek out new ways to retain clients

- Create plans to deal with business needs

- Advice on creating profitable processes

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and services..

- Work on all phases of end to end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasions, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients.

- Pitching & Drafting quotes and proposal.

- The full spectrum of compensation and benefits function.

- Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.

- Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.

- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

- Providing support on offer management as required.

- Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.

- Partnering with senior management to develop and implement an organisational development. strategy and structure that ensures organisational efficiency and effectiveness, promotes employee engagement and build a strong organisation culture.

- Developing and implementing programs that are aligned with the Company's talent priorities.

- Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs.

- Conducting regular talent reviews to ensure succession planning for key positions.

- Developing recruitment and internal mobility programs to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external candidates roles across all levels.

- Ensuring talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the business.

- Analysing and translating workforce data into talent insights to aid in data-driven decision making on talent.

- Engaging various stakeholders to review and improve competency frameworks and assessment procedures.

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
 
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

- The full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate level candidates, educational institutions and the business.

- Working with internal stakeholders to develop programs that build talent pipelines of graduates.

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate : 

Key Competencies :

- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.

- You ideally possess solid experience in Graduate Recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
