Responsibilities:

1) Candidate have to work on leads provided by company and fix meetings with potential clients to convert them into sales.

2) Candidate will have to visit at clients place to explain them everything about product by giving them live demonstrations and presentation.

3) Candidate will understand the requirements of their client and offer them suitable plans as per their needs.

4) Candidate should have ability to showcase company offerings in a compelling way.

5) Ensuring genuine sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

1) Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)

2) Should be target driven and achievement oriented.

3) Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their child's future.

Education:

Education : Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA (2020 or earlier passing out)

Age -not more than 29 years

Experience - 0-4 Years (candidates from insurance,banking and ed-tech industry will be preferred more)

Note : It is proper field sales profile so only apply if you are comfortable with field work.

- Candidates doing field sales in their present company will be plus point.

Notice Period - Not more than 15 days (immediate joiners will be preferred more)

Salary Criteria :

- Candidate will be working as Business Development Trainee for first 2 months in the company.

Salary - 5 Lacs (3 lacs fixed +2 lacs variables)

- Candidate will be promoted to Business Development Associate position as per performance given in first 2 months.

Post-training salary-10 lacs (5 lacs fixed+5 lacs variable).
