Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for generation of sales and developing sales pipeline within a targeted geography and/or targeted product segment.

- Responsible for interacting with Brands of Agro Commodities.

- Responsible for developing/growing customers to key account level.

- Generate meetings for F2F interation with potential customers to prospect for new business.

- Understand the current nature of the customers business and create the needs for developing another revenue stream by exporting their commodities.

- Present Tradologies Branded Solution favorably and in a structured manner with the target customers.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer onboard.

- Maintain & share the reports- no of data points/leads given with no of closures/follow ups and future prospects.

- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

- Attend team meetings, training sessions and share best practice with colleagues.

What to expect:

- Knowledge of B2B Sales, SME client handling, B2B Portal ( / / is preferred.

- Everyone working in Tradologie team carries sales revenue target and expected to achieve the weekly/fortnightly and monthly targets. And as a consequence the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized.

- The working culture created by Tradologieb 's management and colleagues can often be competitive.

- Attire in office- In formals.

Skills- You'll need to have:

- The ability and desire to do hardcore sales.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A positive, confident and determined approach.

- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejections.

- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.

We work Monday to Sat.

Office timings 10 am- 6.30 pm 

Location - Sector 63, Noida. Delhi NCR
