We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive at Tradologie a huge various commodities platform. Background experience in B.P.O would be preferable.
Skills, Attributes and essential functions:
- Candidate should have Clear Communication.
- Attentive and effect able voice.
- Explain product details/ benefits / terms & conditions to the customer.
- Customers follow - Up
- Candidate should able to generate potential leads.
- Update customer information in the software.
- Should have ability to recognize genuine customer.
- Responsible to resolve all the queries raised by the customer
- Responsible to attend incoming calls, SMS & Emails.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with customer at all levels.
- Work Location is Sector 63, Noida.
- Excellent work culture.
Qualification: - Any Graduate both Male and female Candidate.
Experience: - Minimum 0.6 Months in calling profile.
