We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brands TokiBaby and TokiHealth.

Job Title : Marketing Manager

Objectives of this role :

- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.

- Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.

- Manage account specific trade budgets.

- Retailer-specific consumer marketing programs, retailer education programs, and pricing shifts.

- Maintain expert knowledge of the industry, external partners, buyers and competitors.

- Responsible for offline campaign marketing to raise brand awareness and hit ROI goals.

- Provide weekly variance analysis by customer and SKU on key directional differences from version of the forecast to the next.

- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance by retailer.

- Developing offline marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage with the company's target audience.

- Creating and implementing offline marketing initiatives, such as print advertisements, radio ads, billboards, direct mail campaigns, and promotional events.

- Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

- Responsible for all offline materials, production, and distribution of all organisation publications.

- Responsible for getting offers from exhibitors, print houses, and billboard suppliers.

- Ensure the accuracy of a database of professional contacts.

- Initiate, plan, and execute campaigns effectively through media and influencers both online and offline, including but not limited to social media, live streaming, and events.

- Creating and managing online marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and content marketing.

- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition in the offline and digital spaces.

- Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

- Explore and manage relationships with key influencers, including media, editors, bloggers, and celebrities.

- Research and propose creative ideas for campaigns that increase awareness and ultimately revenue through media and influencers.

- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

- Developing and implementing brand guidelines and ensuring that all marketing efforts are consistent with the brand's voice and tone.

- Ensure timely reporting of marketing campaigns and resources to key stakeholders.

Work Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai, India

Candidate Requirement :

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, Public Relations, or other related field is preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience are required, depending on past experience and industry. Experience in the field of personal hygiene is an add-on.

- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to network and establish productive business relationships cross-functionally, inside, across, and outside of the organization.

- Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial and business acumen.

- Handling internal and external marketing communications for all brands.

- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure, and achieve targets within deadlines.

- Building customer reach and revenue growth through identifying new product innovations and distribution expansion.

- Ability to work under pressure individually and perform tasks within the deadlines.

- Availability to travel as needed.
