Description of the Ideal Candidate :

- Focus on the medium term, on developing the market

- Quick learner, very good analytical and problem solving skills, master negotiator, great closing skills

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Pleasant personality, team player and mentor

- Able to manage small team of similarly skilled juniors

- Deep domain knowledge in sectors and segments

- Experience in using or selling business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), learns tech quickly and understands sales lifecycle of business solutions software

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Complete Sales Cycle

- Formulate effective market coverage plans

- Mine opportunities and manage sales pipeline

- Achieve sales and collection targets for new business, up-sell, additional services

- Generate new ideas and tactics to grow and improve enterprise sales

- All other duties as expected of a senior level candidate with 7+ years sales experience

Remuneration, Incentives & Bonus :

Basic salary + commission and sales target based rewards. Well above industry norms, and exceptional growth potential for star performers.
