Job Description
- We are looking for a Dynamic Marketing Mind to lead the Lead generation at Tradeplus. You will Deploy Strategies to generate and nurture leads for the exponential growth of our customer base.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Build effective positioning for our company's brands
- Execute the Engagement & Retention strategy using tools like MoEngage, CleverTap etc
- Develop and run Referral marketing programs
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all marketing efforts to ensure lead generation & lead nurturing
- Evaluating and developing the Content marketing strategy
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all Content Promotion efforts.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategies including SEO & ORM.
- Analyse target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Competitor research, Compare sites & Quora
- Manage Customer Engagement tools to nurture leads
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, marketing or communications
- 7+ years- experience in lead generation
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as Content marketing, Social media Reputation Management
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of market developments.
- Good understanding of Content marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Experience/knowledge of Stock Markets a definite advantage
