Sales/ Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities :

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

2. Answer questions about services of the company

3. Enter and update customer information in the database

4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner

5. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

6. Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

8. Graduate with 0-4 years of experience as online sales representative or other sales/customer service role

9. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

10. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

11. Good communication and interpersonal skills

12. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

13.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

14. Complete monthly sales Target.
