Trade India - Custom Care Role (0-3 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establishing business relations with client serving as single point of contact for all arising concerns
- Engaging clients via phone/ whatsapp and email for seamless communication
- Taking ownership of client's concern and providing end to end solution along with follow up to keep a check on the resolution given
- Maintaining TAT for closure on all assigned tickets
- Initiating fresh calls on assigned clientele on a daily basis, as per the assigned target
- Serving as sales support for renewal of all contracts assigned, basis monthly inflow
- Customer Satisfaction being the most important aspect of the overall performance and has to be kept intact
- Coordinate closely with other back room departments for seamless functionalities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong communication
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skilled in prioritizing
- Excellent time management
- Experience in same domain would be preferred
