Trade Desk Manager - Sales & Customer Service - Financial Services (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Servicing the requests of PB and Trade Customers
- Responsible for developing relationship & regular interaction with Customers, Service Vendors, Card business and internal linkages (Finance controllership, Operations, backend finance and Taxations) to resolve issues and run process effectively
- Handling Trade Desk (Taking care of all the Trade Products like Inward Remittances, Outward Remittances, forward Booking, Buyer's credit, Exports Bills Collection, Letter of Credit (LC), BG, FOBG, Issuance of FIRC & BRC, In knowledge of Import, Export,)
- Ensuring high quality customer service in the branch
- Acquisition of new big clients
- Discussed and analyze needs and requirements with customer for financial products and service
- Taking care of Disputes and queries of clients regarding billing and gateway
