We are looking for Country Sales Head at trackNOW. You will be part of our core managerial team with just not delivering sales target but driving the vision and roadmap of trackNOW.

What Are We Looking For :

- Simply put, we are looking for an experienced Sales leader.

- You love to build superior Sales & BD teams and have what it takes to lead a team of extraordinary individuals.

- Having said that, we are not a stickler for duration of experience. So if you're falling short of what we're asking for, but still believe very strongly that you have what it takes to lead from the front at trackNOW then do get in touch and we will be happy to discuss.

- Exposure to start-ups is definitely a plus, but not a prerequisite.

- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business.

- Drive the vision of the product with in-depth understanding of all aspects of product management and GTM

- Creation and management of processes that drives toward a scalable product portfolio to drive the business's product profitability.

- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments etc..

- Customer orientation and build deep engagements

- Stakeholder management - Including representing the organization to govt bodies & working with senior executives

- Demonstrate the leadership gravitas necessary to make the organization's mission a success

- Creation and management of processes that drives toward a scalable product portfolio to drive the business's product profitability

Basic requirement :

- At least 7-15 years- Experience in areas of business consulting or strategic planning, marketing analysis, business development or Sales

- IIT/DCE/SRCC or Tier-1 Colleges with 1-4 years of experience.

- Large scale operations and Business Development background is preferred.

- Understand the commercial vehicle industry and user behavior. Able to identify, analyze, assess the impact of external and internal trends; produce insights and practical recommendations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Impact driven: Self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented

- Experience in Business Development in Technology is an added advantage

- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills

- Knowledge of local language for the respective location is prerequisite
