ToyExpress.In - Telemarketing/Telesales/Customer Service Executive (0-4 yrs)
1. Initiates sales process by Calling, Emails, to understand account requirements to potential Retail Clients
2. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer sales & account management
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Toys/ToyExpress products according to customer needs and objectives (kids interest and age group) in coordination with Toy Librarian
5. Closes sales by building rapport with potential account
6. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external ToyExpress management
7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
