TourWiz - Manager - Marketing (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Assist the marketing head in the implementation of digital marketing strategies & campaigns

- Plan and implement SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building etc.) to increase rankings and drive more organic traffic

- Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media and plan new ideas to drive more engagement

- Plan and execute PPC campaigns on search and social media

- Plan and execute Whatsapp marketing campaigns

- Garner customer reviews and testimonials for website and social media

- Identify PR opportunities for higher brand exposure and handle PR outreach activities

- Plan content marketing activities coordinate with content writers & designers for timely delivery

- Collaborate with web developer for optimization of TourWiz web properties

- Planning and implementation of required Marketing tools/software

- Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Hotjar, SEMRush, Facebook Insights etc

- Assist in the planning & execution of marketing activities related to trade shows and events

Skills and Experience

- Bachelors or above in marketing, business or relevant field

- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in IT

- At least 2 years of experience in SEO and SEM

- Experience in email marketing would be an advantage

- Knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics & Google Webmaster

- Knowledge of ad platforms like Facebook & Google Ads would be an advantage

- Creative thinker with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Excellent communication and writing skills
