We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our reputed company who is a leader in the Fintech Industry.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identification Of Prospective Customer'S Needs And Goals, And Suggesting An Effective Course Of Action Regarding The Same.

- Following-Up With The Prospects For Collecting Feedback And More Sales Conversions.

- Ensuring The Sales Pipeline Is Full With Qualified Leads And Prospects.

- Research And Discover Various Methods To Increase Consumer Engagement.

- Excellent Communication Skills With Fluency In English And Hindi

- Problem Solver With An Experience In Inside (Tele) Sales And Consultative Selling.

- Strong Ability To Take Initiative And Responsibility For Their Work.

- In-Depth Understanding Of The Sales Administration Process

- Drive New Sales To Achieve Financial Goals, Objectives, And Measurements To Meet Growth Targets

- Develop Relationships With Executives Through Face-To-Face And Virtual Strategic Discussions.

- She Must Be Comfortable Presenting Products Or Services

- Over The Phone As Well As Dealing With Complaints And Doubts."

- Understand Customer Requirement And Close The Query Promptly.

- Keep Record Of Calls And Sales.

Key Requirement :

- 3 - 5 Years Of Experience As Telesales/ Customer Support Representative Or Customer Service

Preferred Industry - Finance / Financial Services

- Good Knowledge Of Relevant Computer Programs

- Ability To Learn About Products And Services And Describe/Explain Them To Prospect

- Outstanding Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Resolve Issues

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Preferred Language Proficiency - English & Hindi

- Flexible Working Hours
