Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Youtube growth and strategy.
- Define Youtube content strategy and take end to end responsibility of content generation and promotion.
- Proven video storytelling abilities, including the ability to structure narratives, write scripts, and identify the best approaches for video.
- Strategize on creativity and take a lead on planning, timelines and outcome.
- Bring in innovative ideas that work for our brand.
- Proven ability to help develop and evolve a media format based on feedback and available resources.
- Ability to work with our content writers and script writers to create YouTube videos.
- Willingness to wear many hats and solve problems creatively.
- Experience with journalism, including producing corporate AV- s, is strongly preferred
- Experience producing content for YouTube is preferred.
Qualification & Skills :
- Producers working in a specific field, such as technology and education start-ups are preferred
- Minimum 3 years- experience working in a video producer role or similar, with a demonstrable track record in writing for different media and audiences.
- Distinctive problem-solving skills
