The Role

Toppr is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team to own our paid acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include identifying and optimizing strategic growth levers across search, mobile and remarketing, and testing and vetting new opportunities for efficiency and efficacy.

Success in this role means being at the intersection of marketing and innovation and bringing Topprs Digital Marketing team closer to being the most sophisticated marketing team in the world. The ideal candidate for this position will be analytical, intellectually curious, a great communicator, and willing to get his or her hands dirty.

The candidate is expected to:

a. Build, optimize, and scale effective digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition across major online advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.

b. Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team's workflow

c. Leverage customer and campaign performance data to intelligently scale acquisition efforts

d. Stay abreast industry trends and best practices in performance driven digital marketing

Requirements:

We are looking for sharp candidates satisfying the following skill based criteria:

a. 2+ years of tactical online marketing (focus on SEM, Display and Social Advertising) experience

b. Deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.)

c. Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights

d. Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.) and SQL

e. Must be detail-oriented, organized and results-driven

f. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

g. Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth environment

h. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills (English)
