Requirements :

- Should be comfortable for working 6 days a week.

- Need to have a Laptop and Android phone

- Excellent spoken and verbal skill

- Ability to plan and execute

- Ability to persuade and negotiate

- Ability to work under stress

- Self driven and a team player

- Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Qualification / Experience :

- MBA, BTech or BE Freshers Or Graduate with 1 to 4 years of sales experience

- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills

- Willing to travel within the city limits

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

Job Description :

- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.

- Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.

Responsibilities :

- Advise student/ parents in their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions

- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions

- Generate revenue through counseling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos

- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods

- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
