Sales Manager : 

Job Description :
 
- You will be as mini CEOs, independently lead your respective branch; take end-to-end P&L ownership for your branch.

- Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently.

- Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve Top-line (INR 6.25Cr/$1M annualized) and profit targets for your branch and ensure month-on-month growth.

- Create the strategies that steer the branch team including overall branch structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc.

- Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with RMs and Sales Managers) and design sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership

- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes(Max 40 characters including years of experience)

Location: Mumbai

Years of experience : 7-15 Years

Desired Profile :

- Must Have Team handling Experience of Minimum 15 people(Direct Reporting)

- Must have worked in B2C/Direct Sales for minimum 3 Years.

- Must be graduate from any stream (Full time) from Tier 1/2/3. MBA will be preffered.

- Should be open to work for extended hours. Monday WO.
