Job Profile :

We are looking Direct Sales Executive with the following qualities:

- Sales Associate should understand the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr

products that would be beneficial to the student.

- Counsel Students & Parents to upgrade them to the Toppr's education product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets.

The DSA's will have below target's :

1. First Month - Sales worth of 1 lac.

2. Second Month - Sales worth of 2 to 3lacs.

Target for daily/ weekly calls - 60 per day.

Target for weekly f2f demos - 12 demos/week

- Must have a - Big- picture & clear focus on departmental and company strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Any Graduate with B2C sales experience.

Must Have :

- Enthusiastic Sales Executive willing to work round the clock for achieving & exceeding Business Targets.

- Possess sound knowledge & understanding of Consumer Behaviour.

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.
