Toppr is India's best learning app that provides personalized learning for students studying for boards, Olympiads and various engineering and medical competitive exams. Toppr enables students to study comprehensively and perform at their best in CBSE, ICSE, State Boards along with JEE, NEET and other competitive exams. Toppr was founded in 2013 and is backed by Saif Partners, Helion Ventures and Fidelity Growth Partners (Eight Road Ventures).

Based out of Mumbai, Toppr currently caters to 20L+ registered students in classes 5-12, who are taking advantage of its deep-structured content and powerful adaptive algorithms. Toppr has experienced phenomenal top line growth (400% over the last year) at a significant contribution margin, making it one of the few sustainable start-ups in the Indian ecosystem.

The company has sales offices in 15 cities from where students can get access to further counselling assistance. The aim is to double the city presence by the end of 2017.

ROLE

We are looking Direct Sales Executive with the following qualities:

- Sales Associate should understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student.

- Counsel Students & Parents to upgrade them to the Educational Products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sales experience in B2C sector, at least 1-5 year in B2C sector

- Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets

- Develop Month - on - Month Sales Models for proven Business Growth

- Have sold push products like insurance (not vehicle/general), credit cards, pharmaceutical products, subscriptions (like holiday packages) etc

- Example companies: Zomato, Appco, ICICI (and other insurance/credit card companies), Indiamart, MR.

- Having lot of patience but at the same time aggressive, confident and authoritative.

- Preferably candidates who understand the regional language.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

- Enthusiastic Sales Executive willing to work round the clock for achieving & exceeding Business Targets. Willing to work in the Time bracket of 11.00 AM - 12.00 Midnight.

- Lot of Cold Calling experience required, for generating Leads & fixing the appointments, Objection Handling, Convincing skills required.

- Direct sales experience of minimum 1 year and got atleast 1 promotion/salary hike.

- Professional who have sold services (like insurance, vacation plans, matrimony) or people who have sold product cost between 5k - 100k

- Good Communication skills with clear voice Modulation & Pronunciation

- Possess sound knowledge & understanding of Consumer Behavior.

Good to Have:

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
