Toppr - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Toppr is looking for a Business Development Executives (BDE). BDE's generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level. They spearhead Toppr offline operations with end to end execution of events. These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations. Apart from organising events, they play a key role in ensuring data collection. They analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the sales team as quickly as possible. They will work closely with Business Development Manager on daily basis.

HOW YOU- LL RAMP

First week:

On-boarding session: Toppr's journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.

Training under the best: Spend time with the GM/AGM of Offline Expansion to get up-to-speed on Toppr- s product, marketing, sales strategies and negotiation skills.

By Day 30...

Drive engagement: Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Toppr's brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.

Hosting review meetings: Be a part of daily calls with current leaders. Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.

Day 90...

City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels.


Build your own team: Opportunity to build your own team of Freelancers, Interns, data coordinators to establish Toppr as the leading E-Learning education brand in the city for K12.

WHAT YOU- VE ACCOMPLISHED... SO FAR

Education: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.

Experience: Min 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing. Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.

Responsibility: Taken ownership of city-level data being in a revenue-driven role.
