ABOUT THE ROLE :

Toppr is looking for an Academic Consultant (AC) who is passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. He/she schedules and conducts structured counseling sessions. Through this session, the AC analyses a student's need for Toppr and helps him/her buy the subscription. ACs at Toppr are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality. So, if you love interacting with people, are extremely student-centric and are committed to spread personalized learning, then we are looking for you.

Mandatory Requirements :

1. Must have Excellent English Communication.

2. The candidate must have B2C /Direct(Field) experience of at least 2 years. No freshers required. (Prefered industry: Ed-tech)

3. Should be willing to work with multiple sales targets.

4. Should be willing to go for Home demos.

5. Must have a Laptop, android smartphone with proper internet connection and a two wheeler.

6. Must be fluent in English and the regional language of the respective location (Telugu)

7. Must be a graduate or postgraduate and should be having all the marksheets.

8. Must have a two wheeler with driving license.

9. Must be an immediate joiner.

10. Local candidates and Male candidates only. (No relocation cases and no female candidates)

11. Should be willing to go on field for Home demos.

12. Candidates should have all the Original Documents scanned and ready in pdf format.

(Adhaar card picture- front and back,Pan card,Passport size photo, Highest qualification/degree certificate,all the marksheets, Previous organization's offer letter, Last 2 salary slips, Resignation letter and resignation approval letter)

Job Description :

1. Need to do cold callings and fix face to face appointments

2. Giving Product demos & going for home demos.

3. Getting sales conversion face to face meetings.
