Key Responsibilities Of Sales Manager:

- Set up the entire sales network by guiding & managing teams under them.

- Devise on-boarding strategies for business expansion.

- Timely review of team performance to ensure achievement of targets.

- Report deviations from expected performance & devise corrective action.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 - 6 years of experience in the BFSI sector.

- Experience of handling teams.

- Hardcore sales experience required.

- Ability to coach & motivate team.

- Conveyance & smartphone.
