Sales & Operations Planning
- Understand the entire business process flow and organize the Sales, Business Development & Operations team.
- Recruitment of team members for the Sales, Business Development & Operations teams with the support of the HR team
- Distribution of targets amongst the team members to ensure that the monthly targets are achieved.
- Coordination with the Central Operations and Customer Experience teams at Head Office for smooth operations at the City level
- Updating the management team with progress,challenges, and developments on a periodic basis.
Sales :
- Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions
- Implement systems and processes to deliver a positive customer experience
- Analyse performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
Operations :
- Closely work with the Inside Sales, Customer Support,Central Operations teams to ensure delivery of seamless customer experience.
- Stock management and fulfilment across all the line items required for the business
- Organize and manage city-level operations in a manner that all delivery commitments are met.
- Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions
- Implement systems and processes to deliver a positive customer experience
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Operations :
- Closely work with the Inside Sales, Customer Support,Central Operations teams to ensure delivery of seamless customer experience.
- Stock management and fulfilment across all the line items required for the business
- Organize and manage city-level operations in a manner that all delivery commitments are met.
- Ensure optimum utilization of all team members
- Ensure achievement of timeline commitments and cost control
Criteria :
1. Must be good at excel/Google sheets
2. Experience 3 years or more (up to 5 years)
3. MBA in Marketing/Operations is a plus
4. Job experience around Business development/Sales/Operations is a plus
