Brand Executive


- We are Hiring for "Brand Executive"

Key Responsibilities :

1) Assist in developing the annual and monthly brand calendar

2) Work with the brand and content teams for execution of the monthly brand plan

4) Ability to write sharp marketing briefs basis sound category, brand and consumer understanding

5) Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders like creative and PR agencies

6) Work closely with retail team to understand business requirements and convert to sharp brand marketing inputs

7) Strong commercial mindset to continuously monitor and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns

8) Understand and implement key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team Identify new market segments

9) Understanding of mass media campaign and platforms. Optimise and test new channels to diversify the marketing mix


10) Analyze the target market to recommend and implement effective marketing approaches

11) Work cross-functionally to align different marketing strategies across the board

12) Ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

13) Maintain brand standards. Identify our competitors, evaluate their strategies, and derive counterstrategies for a better outcome of

14) Coordinate new product launches from initial planning to integration into sales initiatives

15) Analyze data to evaluate the success and learnings from the marketing campaigns and come up with ideas to improve marketing strategy and brand exposure.

16) identifying weakness in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.

17) Create and collate monthly reports with data points and share synopsis of the learnings and success

18) Fair understanding of GA, Tableau, Meta, SF

Qualification :

1) Graduate or MBA Marketing

2) 3-5 years of brand management (either on client side or in creative agencies)
