Toothsi - Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing (3-8 yrs)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns

2. Identification, outreach, and building relationships with influencers and partners from other digital avenues

3. Develop content ideas

4. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

5. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

6. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies

7. Working with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

8. Reports and analysis

Needed Skill set?

1. Workings of Social Media Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube - digitally savvy

2. Basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, google sheets and PowerPoint

3. Basic negotiation skills and confidence for external vendor management

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English

5. Basic knowledge of South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil and Telugu

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing

Work experience :

1. Minimum 3 to 8 years of work experience in a digital marketing position

2. Experience managing Instagram/Social Media Influencer
