- Assist Performance Marketing Manager to execute performance based campaigns via paid acquisition channels to grow direct business

- Maintain acquisition target achievement

- Maximise ROAS

- Maintain high quality of inflow

- Improve full-funnel performance across paid online channels (Search, Social, Affiliate & Display)

- Own digital campaigns' daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively and within budget

- Supporting in the delivery of Biddable strategy to deliver growth, and efficiency targets

- Understand and deliver planned KPI's for media, traffic, sales and campaigns.

- Monitor performance on what's not working and optimize; and amplify what's working.

- In-depth analysis and reporting; data management through automated dashboard solutions

- Collaborate with sales team to work back from sales target on assigned markets

- Constant market, competition and trend observation to be always on top of innovations in paid media

Operational :

- Optimization and further development of paid search, social & display strategies in close cooperation with the agency

- Operational support of the performance channels together with our media agency for creative, technology & CRM

- Operational support in managing martech platform Webengage from audience segmentation to implementation of multi-channel journeys across touchpoints

- Operational campaign set up across all funnels (social submission, tracking set-up, analytics alignment, asset delivery)

- Ongoing monitoring and improving of campaign set up and performance through A/B tests and MVTs

- Responsible for analyzing the performance of the ongoing campaigns, preparing daily/monthly analysis and reports in accordance with KPIs

- Controlling and monitoring of ROI and CPA based on planned KPIs

- Planning, implementation and monitoring of affiliate marketing activities
