We are looking for a Business Manager for Tonic Worldwide, a leading award winning Independent Digital first Agency for our Delhi office, with current presence spanning across Mumbai, Bangalore & UAE
The Job description includes :
- Driving Business Development and being responsible for growing Market Share for Tonic Worldwide in Delhi
- Expand the footprint and get clients from across the region
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets
- Selling the various vertical related services of Tonic Worldwide including Strategic, Creative, Business and Technology Solutions
- Be the face of the agency brand and a digital / brand expert in representing the agency with adequate knowledge about the offerings and the mediums
- Engage in the consultative outreach of digital media solutions that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business
- Conduct research to identify and qualify new clients, markets and sectors.
- Effectively managing your client relationships, demonstrating an ongoing contact plan that shows frequency and type of contact planned.
- Become a trusted adviser for our clients on implementing digital marketing strategy
- Work with agencies cross function team to turn initial insights into solutions and drive the agency pitch process
This role is ideally suited to existing Business Managers with 5+ years of relevant industry experience who are passionate about the craft of Advertising and thrive on new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should ideally come from a background in Sales from Advertising or Media and possess strong experience in building client relationships, developing new accounts, a strong sales track record and have an enviable little black book of industry names and contacts
