Air /Sea Freight Import and export Manager
Tolf Limited is a Transport & Logistic company. looking to add an experienced import and export clerk to their expanding team in Delhi. You will be responsible for all aspects of imports and exports from start to finish, including custom clearance. You will liaise with overseas offices, partners and clients to ensure deliveries are made accurately and on-time whilst providing a high level of service at all times.
Duties :
- Handling Imports and exports from start to finish
- Completing and documenting details of goods being imported and exported
- Custom entries and compliance
- Invoicing clients
- Provide regular updates on shipments
- Liaising with airlines / handling agents
- Provide quotations
- Establish and maintain client relationships
Experience and Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years- experience in Air/Sea Import and export will be an advantage.
- Previous use of custom software system is an advantage
- PC Literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Experience in Freight forwarding will add value.
