Responsibilities :

- Account lead and primary point of contact for clients- day to day requirements across multiple accounts/brands

- Create effective digital marketing strategies for a client and drive all the project activities Lead a team of marketers across different competencies in digital marketing for project deliverable's

- Understand and live the brand to be able to contribute to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

- Understand the different aspects for digital marketing such as social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing for efficient project delivery

- Generate, develop and sustain new business opportunities within existing clients

- Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommend necessary optimizations.

- Ensuring quality and timelines of work delivery to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients.

- Financial management and reporting of client portfolio

Requirements :

- MBA/MA/Masters in Mass Communication with 6+ years of relevant experience

- Self-motivated with a passion for social and digital marketing

- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives

- Multi-tasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills

- Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skills

- At least 6 years minimum experience in client servicing
